In 2015 Planning Overwhelm Do this ( win this!) instead! - When I Grow Up Ive been a bit inundated with PLAN FOR 2015 OR FAIL SO HARD, LOSER messages for the last few weeks already, and Im sure you have, too. Usually, Im all over this. Im a planning machine. Hyper organized, ready with a 2014 Reviewer/2015 Planner template that I made for myself last year. When its all filled out, it can run over a two dozen  pages. This year? Im so not having it. I want things  easy.  I want  pen and paper and markers. I want  fun and  simplification  and  minimalism.   I wanna do more with my WordSwag app and make all the pretty + motivational pics. If youre with me and  wanna softly work towards 2015 goals, here are some questions thatll guide you there: 1. What are your life and/or work values? Pick 5 words that set the intention as to how you want to life your life, do your work, and engage with others. 2. What do you want to acknowledge yourself for from 2014? What are you proud of? These dont have to just be business goals! 3. What are your overall 2015 goals? Here are my business ones. So scary to share em!: 4. What would you like to say at this time next year in your 2015 acknowledgments? 5. Fill in the blanks: Im yearning for ____________, but am __________ instead.   6. What do you want to devote yourself to?   7. What word best encapsulates how you want to feel in 2015?  Ill reveal mine of 12/23, but you can see 2013s  here  and  2014s here. Pick one question to answer or do em all! You can also write the answers in the WordSwag or Canva apps and make em uber-pretty like I did with the pics above. No design or Photoshop skills needed!
